  • Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
    ✿Returns We don't accept returns, please make sure you look at each product description throughly before you order. (If we accept return for some products, we will write on a product's description) ✿Cancellations You can cancel your physical order within 24 hours before the order's shipping label is printed.(or contact us through contact form and write the reason why you want to cancel orders with your order number) Any orders with customization cannot be cancelled once product has started. If you want to cancel please email us at gihappiness0189@gmail.com as soon as possible. ✿Refunds We cannot give you refunds unless the physical product is faulty or damaged "by our packing process". Any digital item bought is non refundable.
  • Can I request a sticker or other items?
    Sure thing! give us your suggestion through our suggestion form. Feel free to suggest and contact us any time :)
  • When will products be restocked?
    We usually restock items in the next seasonal or next shop update. Some of our shop items my be removed or discontinued after season due to different material might lead to having problems with our products quality, or if I have decided to retire a design.
  • Do I have to pay for a customs fee?
    ✿If your order amount is lower than the limit for customs, it will not incur a fee. The threshold for customs fees depend on your country.
  • How long do orders take to process?
    I am one women who runs my small business alone thus we take around 1 week of processing time for normal orders. However, if we have higher volume orders, we might be required more additional days to process your order or 1-2 weeks.
  • Can you combine orders?
    We cannot combine orders automatically on the system. If you need need to combine, please contact us at gihappiness0189@gmail.com or contact form with your order numbers so we can get your orders combine or you can leave a note in your latest order to request a combination. We will promptly refund one of your shipping cost.
  • Can I stack coupon codes?
    If there are multiple codes active, you can collect multiple coupons at once but only one coupon can be used at a time. (Also please read coupon condition or minimum spend before you use coupon code to discount)
  • Do you accept custom order?
    We still haven't planned for custom items in any product categories. We will let you know if we accept custom order.
  • If my package is lost?!
    ✿Thailand post also has ePacket plus service which has a system that when parcels are lost during delivery, Thailand post office will compensate the cost up to ฿1500 ($43). You just need to pay an additional ฿30 ($1) for each parcel delivery to receive protection in case of parcels damaged/lost. If your package hasn't arrived within 1-6 weeks (International orders), please email us at gihappiness0189@gmail.com or contact us through contact form or chat with us on the website so we can either refund you the order or resend it.
  • Can I track my order?
    We use "ePacket" of Thailand post service which allows to track and trace parcel. It is an air transport service. We will send you an email when your orders is delivered and attach the link of how to track your order with Thailand post service website.
  • How much does shipping cost?

  • How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
    It depends on where you are, and there are factors such as weather, customs processing and particularly holiday season or pubic holiday will affect shipping times. ✿Domestic orders should arrive 3-5 days after receiving your shipping notification. ✿International orders can take around 2 weeks-2 months depends on destination country. ✿Please note that COVID-19 still affecting shipment times, especially for international orders.
  • Can I change my address?
    Please ensure you fill in the right address in the form during checkout. Once we've printed the labels and shipped the mail, we cannot do anything to change your address.
  • Are you open for commissions / custom items?
    ✿ Yes, commission is still open lately. If you have any question about commission, you can ask . Please, feel free to contact us anytime, we working everyday so that we will reply you as soon as possible. ✿ For custom products, we still haven't opened yet. Even tough I want to do it so I might open for custom items in the near future. If we open for it, we will let you know. So please stay tuned :)
  • Can I use your digitals to make products to sell?
    ✿All or our illustrations and digital products are for personal use only. You are not allowed to profit from them and use them commercially. ✿Please do not alter, trace, distribute, repost, resell, and forward my artworks and digitals to other people.
  • Can I make products to sell with the freebies?
    ABSOLUTLY NOT. We do not alone any of our freebies to be resold or sold commercially and as merchandise you make yourself. You are permitted to make them for family and friends but you must not make profit in it. Please do not sell anything you make with our digitals and do not modify, distribute, repost or claim that they are your artwork. Ꮚ・ꈊ・Ꮚ Thank you for cooperation and understand
  • Can I request certain digital stickers / doodles / memo pads or digital notebooks?
    ૮ ºﻌºა Unfortunately not but you can ask for what theme & what kind of freebies you want us to do such as stickers / memo pads / paper templates / notebooks or wallpaper for the next upcoming month. ♡ You can tell us through our suggestion form.
  • Where do I find the digital freebies and when do they drop?
    Well! All of our digital freebies are located in our website in the "BLOG & FREEBIES" page. They are neatly organized into categories and separate with tags. We usually upload a new giveaway at the beginning or at the mid of every month but lately, I've been helping out and working with my family business as well. So I might not be able to upload free digital goodies regularly as I did.
