COVID-19 info

Due to the COVID-19 worldwide situation can lead to the shipping complications, please understand that there is a possibility of shipping delays. Domestic orders may be delayed 1-3 days while international orders could take 1-4 months to arrive.

 

Delivery service

- We use Thailand post services which can send parcels both domestically and internationally.

- We ship everyday except Sunday.

- Domestic delivery time takes about 2-4 days (possible delay in shipping due to COVID-19 circumstances).

- International delivery time takes about 1-4 months (possible delay in shipping due to COVID-19 circumstances and the period used to inspect parcels of the Customs Department of each country.

- We will inform the Tracking number in the channel that the customer has already ordered.

 

Shipment processing time

- Please allow for 1 week for your order to be processed. We are working hard to get your order deliver as quickly and carefully as possible to prevent damage from transportation.

- If there are high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. If your order will be significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We will attach a link website of Thailand post tracking for you too.

Customs, Duties, and International taxes

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate "customs, duties, and international tax costs" as they vary on each country.

I am not responsible for any of these costs applied to your order. All fees levied during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.) However, if we find a way of calculating approximate fees that might imposed to your order during shipping; we will inform you via email.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns/exchanges "EXCEPT some products (I will write on product description, so you can acknowledge which product can be return or exchange)". If any products damaged or lost during shipping and you receive order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
